NOTE: Regular/African attendee registration can support at most two paper presentations and student attendee registration can support only one paper presentation. Additional papers will be charged at R3200 each. One author must present the paper at the conference. Additional pages beyond the 8 page limit will be charged at R1500 per page.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be emailed to accounts@fusion2020.org. Cancellations will only be valid if recipients are in possession of an acknowledgement of receipt from the conference accounts department. Please resend your notice of cancellation if you have not received an acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours.

 

Refund of fees will be as follows

  • Cancelation 60 days before 6 July 2020 – 100% refund (less 10% handling fee)
  • Cancelation 30 days before 6 July 2020 – 50% refund
  • No refunds after 6 June 2020
  • Substitutions can only be made by informing the conference accounts department before the start of the conference.
