Changing your registration type from Virtual to Onsite Attendance
Should you already have paid the Virtual attendance fee, an additional invoice will be created for the balance due. Please contact rleroux@mongoose.co.za to provide you with an invoice for the balance due.
Should you not have paid and only require an amendment to your invoice also contact rleroux@mongoose.co.za for an amended invoice.

Changing your registration type from Onsite to Virtual Attendance
Payment by credit card
Should you have paid your registration fees by credit card the balance will be reimbursed by credit card. (A transaction fee of 10% on the amount due, will be charged). Please note that the ZAR difference and the balance due to you in other currencies will be based on the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.
Please contact the Financial Chair at finance@fusion2021.co.za, should you wish to change your registration type and to arrange for the reimbursement of the balance by credit card.
Payment by wire transfer:
For registration fees paid by wire transfer, the bank commissions and transfer fees asked by both banks, to pay back the difference, are deemed to be higher than the difference due, subsequently the difference can unfortunately not be reimbursed.

On the electronic registration system you will be able to Register, Create your Invoice and opt to Pay Online, or Pay Later by Electronic Fund Transfer. Delegates are responsible for any additional bank transfer fees.

Tutorial offer at reduced rates:
The organisers of Fusion2021 are offering attendees Tutorials at a reduced rate (14 October 2021).
Please log into the registration system to book additional tutorials.
Regular Attendee: R 2000.00 per tutorial (Max. 3)
Student attendee: R 1000.00 per tutorial (Max 3)
IMPORTANT: Please complete the Tutorial Selection Form, on the Tutorials page, once you have paid for the additional tutorials.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be emailed to finance@fusion2021.co.za. Cancellations will only be valid if recipients are in possession of an acknowledgement of receipt from the conference accounts department. Please resend your notice of cancellation if you have not received an acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours.
Refund of fees will be as follows

- Cancellation before 21 September 2021 – 100% refund (less 10% handling fee).
- Cancellation before 2 October 2021 – 50% refund.
- No refunds from 2 October 2021.
- Substitutions can only be made by informing the conference accounts department before the start of the conference.
